*Rescheduled* Lincoln High School Hosting Chess Tournament Monday, January 29th*

*Update: This Tournament has been cancelled and rescheduled to Monday, January 29th due to winter weather in Northwest Arkansas.

Lincoln High School, in partnership with the Northwest Arkansas Chess Center, will be hosting a chess tournament for students in grades 7-12 on Monday, January 15th. This will be taking place during school hours, with registration beginning at 8:15 a.m., so local school chess clubs are encouraged to bus over together. There will be a team trophy for the school with the top 3 students with the highest cumulative score, as well as individual awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

There will be two divisions at this tournament: 7th-9th grade and 9th-12th grade. To be on the same team you must attend the same school.

There is no cost to play in this tournament. Registration costs are covered by the Northwest Arkansas Chess Center.
